I have been to this business all I can say is WOW. It is beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. When it's time to pamper yourself this is the place to go. Love it.
We went here for my pre-wedding nails. I had my mom, daughter, friend and out of town Aunt with me. The nail techs were very short and didn’t make conversation despite multiple attempts. My daughter went in with my mom to get a pedicure. When we were leaving the owner came out to ask if we knew what had happened to their reading light on the side of the tub. My aunt said she saw it fall off and she didn’t know how it broke. The owner asked if my daughter did it, my mother said it was possible and asked if she could replace it. The owner replied how much it cost and was very snide. My mom was saying she would pay for it when the owner stormed off and shut the door in her face! I’m in no way saying it was cool that it got broken BUT we offered to PAY FOR IT & instead she got snappy and stormed off! No way to run a business! Left a sour taste in my mouth for something that was supposed to be special! Definitely won’t be returning. If I were a brand new business, I wouldn’t be treating my customers poorly if I wanted to stay open!
My wife gets her nails done all the time there and I stopped in a couple of times and they are always warm welcoming and have such a great atmosphere. The prices don't empty this husbands wallet.
Very clean, professional & relaxing environment. The decorations and atmosphere are so welcoming, I'll never go anywhere else. The girls that work there are so sweet and they are always willing to wait in your every need. Not a better place in town!
