Lovely people, and they will always try to squeeze you in even if they are completely booked. They are very fast and the nails turn out great, including acrylic. I love to get my nails done here.
The manager is very rude! I only go there because options are limited. I went in to Pay and receive my normal manicured gel fill. There was 1 customer and 4 employees. The manager rudely asked what I needed, paused and said, "I don't have time for you!" He didn't ask if I wanted to set an appointment, he didn't apologize. He just didn't feel like it. I was truly embarrassed. Maybe he was eating lunch....Who knows...
My friends stopped doing business with California Nails, in Tiffin, because of similar experiences. I have purchased gift certificates as gifts and I have been a loyal customer. I will NEVER spend my money in that establishment, again!
Love these people. So willing to do special things to make my nails great. They always make sure I am happy before I leave.
I called to make an appointment three days ahead for a set of pink and whites. I was told that they don't do them on the weekends? I asked why and the only explanation was they were to busy. So I said I didn't understand because I was making an appointment? ! I was told basically it didn't matter. So I politely told them I would take my business elsewhere. He didn't care at all. Not somewhere I will be doing business with again.
Got a Mani and Pedi here last week. Great experience, when you get both things done you get a free design which I loved! They were busy, but got me right into rotation.
