Horrible pharmacy EXTREMELY RUDE - if you would prefer me to not fill my scripts here then tell me and I can go else where no need to be a jerk!!! oh and also the lost my insurance card - luckily found it but had left it in the box and sent it out. THAT HAS ALL MY CHILDREN'S NAMES ON IT!
