I like the food here and they offer sample platters. and the occasional try our new sauce.. normally limited time offer on sauce.. nice place for sports and casual dining.. and they do have a bar if that's your thing.
I've been to this location of B-Dubs twice. The first time I went, service was very slow and the waitress never came to our table. The second time, it took 50 minutes to get food and there was only 5 tables filled in the whole restaurant. We ended up having to take the food to go because after being there for an hour, we couldn't eat in the restaurant. When we asked the waitress to have it packed up to go, she gave a huge attitude, and brought the food out one by one and like threw it on the table. Then, the manager came out to speak to us and blamed it on the restaurant being busy, when there were literally 5 tables filled out of the whole restaurant. The manager had told us the ticket time was only 17 minutes, though we had gotten there 45 minutes prior...Our food was cold, so it clearly had been sitting for awhile. A bigger party came in 10 minutes after us and got there food and ate it before we even got ours. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the staff was not friendly whatsoever.
This b dubs would be of 3 stars if it weren't for Mandy. Who singe handedly was so awesome she drove the rating to 5 stars. She is so cool. I wish she lived here. Her service sets the bar. Beer is cold. Wings are saucy, service is great, Mandy Rocks.
Very good staff and food
Our waiter Cory was good and nice but our bad experience was when we first walked in there was a woman Deb there to greet us. She was fine when she talked to us but then we watched her actually yell at servers in front of all the tables the entire time we were there. I was appalled that this Buffalo Wild Wings allows a manager to belittle their employees especially in front of customers. It ruined my husband and I'd entire night and we tried to talk to another manager about it but they never came to the table when we asked for one. Just horrible.
