Nice clean rooms, easy reservation and friendly hosts. Breakfast was great and included in the room rate. Would definitely stay here again.
Was here to visit a friend. Spend some time in the pool which was very clean. there is no hot tub however. Staff was friendly. Currently going through Construction in the main lobby.
The hotel is convienently located next to the mall, just inside the west side of the city limits off of 224. The lobby was undergoing reconstruction during our stay (7/21/17) and our rate reflected the inconvenience but, presented no problem for us during our stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water at the peak time of the morning for our showers. The staff was extremely courteous. We'd stay here again if in the area.
No housekeeping service for 3 full days of our stay was unacceptable. Bring your own toilet paper if you don't want to beg at reception for some. Breakfast promises didn't live up to the marketing and the WiFi is patchy.
Hotel was being renovated during my stay. Desk staff was very helpful in providing information about surrounding shops and places to run.
