Tiffin needs another option for er care for babies. I have been sitting in an er room at tiffin mercy for 2 hours and have not seen any one except for the person who changed the trash. But it must be ok to treat people like this that have no other option.

Out of the dozen or so hospitals I have worked at, Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital is by far the best. Although they do not do everything right, as a whole, the people who work there truly do care about their patients and strive to give the highest quality care. I am proud to be a part of this Hospital.

I am rather disgusted at this hospital. Son was seen for a sprained ankle on Saturday evening. They wouldn't even write a prescription for fricken crutches. He couldn't walk on it. I asked if he should hop around school on Monday yet he told us to keep him out of PE. Funny thing is 3 nurses put us on hold and talked to us because Dr Jason was too scared to get on the phone and tell us himself. So he has his flunkies do it.

I've been here for depression and anxiety. There is one ER nurse in particular (don't know her name) who has laughed at me and shrugged off everything. Tiffin Mercy is NOT equipped for people with mental health issues...nor is Tiffin itself.

On the bright side, the person who attended to our child was very friendly and helpful, but it didn't make a positive experience at this place.

Yeah, nice hospitality they have there... Need guidance signs for both the parking lots and inside the hospital, a directory at every entrance rather than just the front desk (we only found one rather than it being displayed at every entrance) and friendly receptionists and people could be able to get to their appointments faster...

Not very professional and there weren't signs in both the parking lot and inside the hospital to indicate where the offices were. We got to the hospital on time but we parked on the other side of the hospital. We had to ask someone at the front desk where the office was and he was this elderly sweet man who was willing to escort us to the office. He walked slowly (which was fine with us) and we got to the office 3 minutes late. Count that... Three whole minutes late and the receptionist gave us an attitude for being late. Not only that but they got mad we walked up to the "wrong window". When you enter the lobby, the window is to your right and there were no signs saying to go to the right window or whatever. The woman angrily told my wife to go around, for which she had to go through another door to be at the "right window". Maybe if there was a sign giving directions to go to the right window, this "mistake" would have been avoided. They decided to punish us for our tardiness and mistakes by making us wait an hour and half past our scheduled appointment.
