When I expressed my concern to the Appliance repairman at Ralph's Joy of living they basically told me fix it- or don't- they don't care

This is absolutely one of the best stores in town. They sell many of the best beds, televisions, kitchen utensils and appliances, and full size appliances.
I love this place, got a gift card for 100$ here and I've never been so conflicted about what to buy! So much good stuff and the staff were immensely friendly and helpful.
They sold me a Speed Queen washer and dryer set talking about how they were the best thing, the next Maytag and that it should last me at least 25 years in a residential setting. Fast forward 4 years down the road the dryer takes a dump, they charged a $65 bench fee to look at it and then it needs a $160 part on top of all that... so I gave just over $400 new for this dryer now I'm going to have over half of the purchase price just fixing it..... Sorry- it's going out by the curb and I will never buy another Appliance from Ralph's Joy of living. The stackable Frigidaire that these replaced we're still working after 10 years and it was bought at a discount store...
