They will offer to pick up your 700 hp car and fix it, but if they can't tint windows, I really trust them about as much as an elevator ride with ray rice to care for my buddies car.
It's so sweet of them to do what they do. They employ the blind to do tinting jobs. While I generally commend them on this, it sucks for the consumer. If you take your beautiful Terminator Cobra in there they will absolutely break your defroster for the rear window, as well as your hopes and dreams on receiving a remotely acceptable tint job.

Waited several days to see if owners would call and check on my dissatisfaction,which I expressed to the girl and 2 techs on day of pic-up. No call. Called Beth Wertz and she knew nothing of my situation. no communication. She offered me wax job for freee. I asked for engine detail,she agreed. Next time up there I dropped it off. She emailed me and said she would call me when it was done. No such call. I called to inquire, was told it was done. 7 hrs after they opened,this was NOT a 7 hr. detail.! Went bac home that evening and did a thruogh inspection of engine. What a disgrace !!! Anything u looked at from staight forward was clean, the sides of "parts" and slightly behind the "parts" was filthy. Years of built-up grime on top of air intake was still mostly there, divider between washer solvent jug was still half filthy. And many other screw-ups too. Just a very unprofessioal ,mickey mouse job, performed my somebody with no pride or dedication and a complete lack of communication between owners and staff. Never ever again! I had planned on a outside detail of my vehicle and buying 4 gift certs for family members,if the engine detail was performed correctly. No way would I ever consider that again.
told they would detail it when dropped off mid-afternoon,then allow to dry inside overnite. Didn't happen. They never started the detail till the next day. Never did they allow ANY drying time.
I took my very dirty car in for a good cleaning, and they returned it in great shape - stains out of the fabric upholstery, cubbyholes cleaned out, trunk, too. They provided a drop-off service which was great for me. I paid for the more expensive detailing, but it was worth it for me. Great job, guys!
Did a great job on my truck tint. Very fast too. Would highly recommend plus the tint has a lifetime warranty.

It took 3, yes,3 days for the floor mats to dry. I put them inside my house in front of heater vents.
They won't refund you either. They will block your story from Facebook though. They generally suck at their jobs and do a less than abysmal job.
